Fee at Bharatam World School is payable quarterly April-June, July-September, October-December and January-March.
Annual charges are paid once with the first quarter. Parents are requested to pay fees on time to avoid late charges or disruption of services

Fee must be paid by the 10th of the due month; a late fee is applicable thereafter.

Non‑payment of dues by the 15th may lead to removal of the student’s name from the rolls; re‑admission charges will apply.

Transport fee is charged separately and must be paid in advance for continued use of bus facility.

Key provisions of the Anti-Ragging Policy:

Ragging in any form - physical, verbal, written, or online - is strictly prohibited.

Any student found guilty of ragging will face disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.

A designated Anti-Ragging Committee monitors and addresses complaints.

The school conducts regular awareness programs to sensitize students about the ill-effects of ragging.

BWS is firmly committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every student. In accordance with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) directives and the Government of India/State Government of Punjab regulations, the school follows a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy towards ragging in any form.
Any behaviour that causes physical harm, mental stress, bullying, humiliation, or harassment to another student is considered ragging and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
